Planning at the edge of land and water.

My work sits at the intersection of environmental law, territorial planning, and institutional coordination. Before founding this practice, I served in Colombia’s regional environmental licensing system — evaluating environmental impact studies, water concessions, and forest-use permits, and coordinating the administrative decisions that put that technical work into effect.

That experience — reviewing land-use compatibility and running community consultation processes — carries directly into the planning and coordination work I now offer in the United States.
